Why do you recommend booking breakfast?

Because we offer you an excellent breakfast buffet; 'like at home'. We have traditional sourdough baguette bread, made by the best baker in the neighborhood, real pure butter croissants fresh out of the oven, mini-pastries, as well as white or whole wheat toast. Accompanied by: eggs; cheeses; extra-fine and salted butter; various jams (blueberry, apricot, rhubarb, etc.); fruit compotes in verrines; fruit juices - orange juice and apple juice; branded yogurts, plain or with fruits; rusks; butter madeleines; 100% Arabica coffee, freshly ground, certified 'Rainforest Alliance'; Lipton assorted teas and infusions; chocolate; cappuccino; café latte on request and fresh fruits for a vitamin boost in the morning. And depending on the daily ideas of our dedicated staff, cakes, homemade pancakes, custard tarts, cakes, etc.

Does your hotel have a garden?

We have a veranda covered in winter and open in summer, where you can relax or work in peace, at the back of the hotel and away from the passage.

Is my room equipped with a television?

Each room at Hotel Sub is equipped with a 43-inch large screen TV - it's like having a cinema in your room!

Are the rooms equipped with a desk for work?

The rooms are equipped with a large and well-lit desk, so you can work on your computer, place your documents or do your makeup, according to your desires.

Do you provide hygiene products?

We offer 'Wellness' welcome products, ecological, made in Europe, dermatologically tested, paraben-free, with neutral pH, soft and fragrant. Shaving kits, toothpaste, etc. can be provided on request, for a small fee. All welcome products are now in dispensers to preserve our planet and eliminate disposable plastic bottles.

Is the hotel equipped with Wi-Fi access?

Yes. We have 'Super Wi-Fi': very high-speed Wi-Fi (2.4 or 5Ghz dual band). This service is provided in all rooms and shared spaces of the hotel at no extra charge.

Is there access to a shared kitchen?

We offer an open and friendly kitchen where you can heat your meals or share a meal; however, access is reserved for our staff. We have a refrigerator and microwave available for guests and accessible in our veranda.

Do you offer drinks at any time?

Yes. Hot and cold drinks are available at any time and are for a fee.

Why book my room directly on your website?

If you book your room directly with us (on our website or by phone), we offer you a bottle of water in the room, as well as the possibility of Early Check-in and Late Check-out (subject to availability).

Do you actively participate in environmental protection?

We are committed to preserving the planet and practicing recycling. All our bulbs are energy-saving (fluorescent or LED). We use water flow reducers, recyclable or ECO-AWARE packaging, etc. We have eliminated all disposable plastic bottles, glasses, and flasks.

Do you offer a concierge service?

Of course! We offer a concierge service to guide and advise you before and during your stay in Paris, in Asnières-sur-Seine or in 'La Défense'.

What are the nearest public transport stops?

Hotel Sub is located in a quiet area, in a lively and shopping neighborhood. We are right next to the Bois-Colombes train station, only 10 minutes from Paris-Saint-Lazare train station or the Opera and 15 minutes from La Défense or Porte Maillot.

Can you recommend some good shops around the hotel?

The Rue des Bourguignons is the shopping street of Bois-Colombes and Asnières. We are near the market square which is held regularly during the week. We have plenty of good tips to suggest for drinking, having lunch, dinner, or shopping.

Is your hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate disabled people (in a wheelchair), because we received an exemption due to the dead-end access of the hotel. However, we comply with lighting obligations in hallways and voice recognition in the elevator.

What are the check-in, check-out times, and opening hours of the hotel?

The hotel is open 24/7. Check-in can be done from 3 PM and check-out before 11 AM.

Can we vacate the room later or have the room earlier (early check-in and late check-out)?

Our customers who have booked directly at the hotel or on our website can benefit, on request and subject to availability, from an early check-in or a late check-out, for an additional charge. These requests must be made to the receptionists during the stay.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Although we appreciate our friends, the animals, we do not accept them in the hotel. However, small animals are admitted on request and with an extra charge.

Is it possible to leave luggage at the hotel before or after the stay?

We can keep your luggage for a few hours in our luggage room.

Is there parking at the hotel?

We have a few parking spaces, available for rent nightly on the website or directly with reception. We are located in a residential area, near a semi-pedestrian shopping street. There is also public parking: parking des Aubépines, 37 Rue du Général Leclerc, 92270 Bois-Colombes, a 5-minute walk from the hotel. And access by public transport or Velib stations behind the Hotel (public self-service bikes, subject to conditions).

What credit cards do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa, and also American Express for our customers who book directly at the hotel.

Does the hotel have smoking rooms?

No. The hotel is entirely non-smoking.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes. There are 5 floors, all served by an elevator.

Are the rooms equipped with air conditioning?

Yes, each room is air-conditioned with individual control (cool in summer and warm in winter).

What is the size of the rooms?

Our rooms have an area of 12 m² to 20 m². They are comfortable, without being very large, given our location in the city center.

Is it possible to request an extra bed in the room?

An extra bed for an additional fee is possible only for certain rooms. We suggest booking a triple or quadruple room for comfort.

Can we have a baby bed?

We provide a baby cot (for babies aged 2 to 3 years) in the room on request, at no extra cost. Otherwise, the child will sleep in a regular bed. For example, a couple and a three-year-old child will stay in a family room. Please contact the hotel for any request regarding a baby cot.

Do you have a laundry service or clothes cleaning?

We offer two options: laundry by the piece according to the rates displayed at the hotel (shirts, jackets, dresses, pants, etc.) or the option to wash small items in our internal laundry room, according to the rates displayed at the hotel, depending on the number of drums or the drying time. Access is strictly reserved for our staff.

Do you have a shuttle service for the airport/train station?

No, but we will help you find a taxi, VTC, or an economical means of transportation.

What is the price of a taxi to the airport?

Count 50 € and 35 to 45 € in UberX to Roissy Charles de Gaulle CDG (20 € max. by metro/bus) or 45 € and 35 to 50 € in UberX to Orly ORY (15 € max. by metro/bus).

What is the nearest metro station to the hotel?

The Bois-Colombes train station is 100 m away: 8 min. travel to Paris-Saint-Lazare train station or the Opera.

What languages are spoken at the hotel?

We speak French, English, Spanish, and Arabic.

Can we play if the weather is bad?

Yes. We can welcome you in our lounge or meeting room, where board games are available.

Do you have a shoe polishing service?

Yes. A professional shoe polisher is available in the hallway of the ground floor for self-service.

Can we write messages to share our memories?

Yes. You can always share your experiences at Hotel Sub on your favorite social networks, such as Facebook, Google, Messenger, or Whatsapp. We also provide correspondence materials upon request for writing and sending letters from your room.
