Why do you recommend a breakfast reservation?

Because we offer you an excellent, «just like home» breakfast. We have traditional baguettes made with delicious leaven by the best baker in the neighbourhood, pure butter croissants fresh from the oven, mini pastries, as well as white or wholemeal toast. We offer you as side-dishes: eggs; cheese; extra-fine and slightly salted butter; various types of jam (blueberry, apricot, rhubarb etc.); compote served in «verrines»; fruit juice - orange juice and apple juice; natural and fruit brand-name yoghurt; cake rusks; butter madeleines; freshly ground 100% Arabica coffee, Rainforest Alliance certified; various types of Lipton tea and tisane; chocolate; cappuccino; café latte on demand and fresh fruit for you to provide your body with all the vitamins it needs in the morning. On request, a continental breakfast can be served in the room.

Does your hotel have a garden?

We have a verenda (covered in the winter and opened in the summer) where you can relax or work in silence, at the back of the hotel and away from traffic.

Does my room have a TV set?

Each of the rooms of the Hotel Sub has a 43-inch widescreen TV – your room is like a cinema!

Are the rooms equipped with a desk to work on?

The rooms are equipped with a rather large and illuminated desk, so you can work on your computer, put in your documents or put on make-up, depending on your wishes.

Do you provide hygiene products?

We provide you with «Bien-être» welcome products, made in Europe, dermatologically tested, paraben free, with neutral pH, gentle and fragrant. After-shave kits, toothpaste etc. will be provided on request.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel?

Yes. We have the Super Wi-Fi: high speed Wi-Fi (dual band 2.4 or 5Ghz). This facility is provided in all the rooms and all the shared areas of the hotel at no extra charge.

Are your rooms equipped with a telephone?

We offer IP telephony and the possibility of flat fees on request.

Do we have access to a shared kitchen?

We offer you an open and friendly kitchen so you can reheat your food or share a meal.

Do you offer drinks at any hour?

Yes. Hot drinks are available at any time. Chargeable fresh drinks are also available at any hour (soft drinks, mineral water, coke etc.).

Why should I book my room directly on your website?

If you book your room directly with us (on our website or by phone), we offer you a bottle of water in your room, as well as the Early Check-in & Late Check-out facility (depending on availability)

Do you actively participate in environmental protection?

We care about the preservation of the planet and selective sorting. All our bulbs are energy saving (fluo or LED). We use water flow regulators, recyclable or ECO-AWARE packaging, etc.

Do you provide concierge services?

Of course! We offer concierge services in order to guide you and provide you with advice before and during your stay in Paris, Asnières-sur-Seine or La Défense.

What are the nearest public transport stations?

The hotel Sub is located in a quiet, lively and commercial district. We are right next to Bois-Colombes station, only 10 min. from Paris-Saint-Lazare station or the Opera and 15 min. from La Défense or Porte Maillot.

Can you recommend some good shops near the hotel?

Rue des Bourguignons is the shopping street of Bois-Colombes and Asnières. We are near a market which is regularly held during the week.

Is your hotel adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate people with disabilities (people using wheelchairs) because we received derogation due to the dead end way to the hotel. However, we comply with the requirements related to lighting in the traffic areas and voice recognition in the elevator.

What is the check-in/check-out time and what are the opening hours of the hotel?

The hotel is open 24/7. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time before noon.

Can we leave the room later or get it earlier (early check-in and late check-out)?

Our clients who booked directly at the hotel or on our website can check in earlier or check out later, on request and depending on availability, at no extra charge. The other guests should make a request at the reception, where they will be told the extra charge associated with this facility, depending on the duration.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Although we are very fond of animals, our friends, we do not accept them in the hotel. However, we will welcome small animals, on demand and at an extra charge.

Can we leave our luggage at the hotel before or after our stay?

Of course! We can keep your luggage for as long as needed.

Is there any parking available at the hotel?

No. We have no parking because we are located in a residential area, near a shopping and semi-pedestrian street. The easiest way is to park in the Aubépines parking, 37 Rue du Général Leclerc, 92270 Bois-Colombes, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

What credit cards do you accept?

Mastercard, Visa and also American Express cards for our guests who book directly at the hotel.

Does the hotel have any smoking rooms?

No. The hotel is completely smoke-free.

Do you have an elevator?

Yes. There are 5 floors, all served by an elevator.

Are the rooms equipped with an air-conditioning system?

Yes, each room features air conditioning with manual control (hot in the summer and cold in the winter).

What is the surface area of the rooms?

Our rooms have a surface area ranging from 12 m² to 20 m². They are comfortable, but they are not very large, due to our location right in the city centre.

Can we request an extra bed in the room?

An extra bed is possible only for some rooms. We recommend you to book a triple or quadruple room so you can feel comfortable.

Can we have a baby crib?

We provide you with a baby crib (for 2-3 year-olds) in the room, on request, at no extra charge. Otherwise, the child will sleep in a normal bed. For example, a couple and a three-year-old child will stay in a family room. Please contact the hotel for any request regarding a baby crib.

Do you have a laundry service?

We offer you two possibilities: laundry service per item according to the price list displayed at the hotel (shirts, jackets, dresses, trousers etc.) or the possibility of using our washing machines and the dryer of our launderette according to the price list displayed at the hotel - 3 or 6 €, depending on the number of drums or the drying time.

Do you provide any airport / railway station transfer services?

No, but we will help you find a shuttle or a cheap means of transportation.

How much does a taxi to the airport cost?

50 € and 35 to 45 € by UberX to Roissy Charles de Gaulle CDG (20 € max. by tube / bus) or 45 € and 35 to 50 € by UberX to Orly ORY (15 € max. by tube / bus).

What is the nearest metro station to the hotel?

Bois-Colombes station is 100m away: an 8 min. trip to Paris-Saint-Lazare station or to the Opera.

What languages ​​do you speak at the hotel?

We speak French, English, Spanish and Arabic.

Can we play in case of bad weather?

Yes. You are welcome in our lounge or our conference room, where board games are available.

Do you offer a shoe shine service?

Yes. A self-service, professional shoe shine machine is available in the ground floor hall.

Can we write messages to share our memories?

Yes. You can always share the experiences you had at Hotel Sub on your favorite social networks, such as Facebook, Google, Messenger or WhatsApp. We also provide you with mailing material so you can write and send letters from your room.
